Your files are not our product.

Toolvyn is designed around local Windows processing and minimal network access.

The public Toolvyn desktop edition does not require an account and does not include the managed deployment Agent or Control Plane.

Files you process

Core document, image, audio and video operations run on your computer. Toolvyn does not send those input files to a Toolvyn-operated conversion service.

Information stored locally

Settings, recent-job history, cached models, temporary working files and update downloads are stored in local application-data folders. You can clear history and cached data from the application or remove it when uninstalling.

Network access

• Online-source features contact the source you explicitly request, such as a supported YouTube URL.
• Optional AI models and media dependencies may be downloaded from their documented providers.
• The update client contacts the configured Toolvyn release endpoint to retrieve a signed manifest and installer.

Telemetry and cookies

The Toolvyn website offers optional Google Analytics measurement only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If allowed, Google Analytics records page visits, basic device/browser information, referral information, and interactions such as download-link clicks. Toolvyn configures advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization as denied.

If you decline, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Toolvyn does not send the names or contents of files processed in the desktop application to Google Analytics.

Before public launch, the permanent support address will be published on this page. Material policy changes will be dated and included with the relevant release.
